Interesting. The only reason I asked for a PC is because of the Rare skin weapons thread talking about ghostly staffs with low req being valuable. Has this changed?

Nope, pretty sure it explains on there that they are valuable with "dual inherant mods"... which means the only time a staff has any value is if it's 10% casting AND 10% recharge.... or as example 20% recharge fire AND 20% casting fire..
yours just has 10% recharge.... so not really of any value |
